I am a potter currently living in rural France on the edge of the Cévennes mountain range.

For many years I lived in central London working as a textile designer and painter before taking up ceramics and discovering all the delights and frustrations of working with clay.

I am not a production potter and have a short attention span. I search for shapes I find beautiful, moving from hard geometric to soft rounded forms. I experiment continually with shape and surface, developing glazes to complement the forms with colour and texture.

My work is modern and minimalist in design and simple in form and content.
